Cancellation of Services
a. Simulator Software Subscriptions: If you wish to cancel your subscription to our simulator software, you may do so at any time. Please note that canceling your subscription will result in the termination of access to the software and its associated features. No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of your subscription.
b. Training Programs and Courses: For any training programs or courses offered by Passible, cancellation policies may vary. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions provided during the registration process or contact our customer support for detailed information.
Refunds
Simulator Software: We offer a refund policy for our simulator software within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with the software and would like to request a refund, please contact our customer support within the designated refund period. Refunds will be processed according to the following conditions:
i. Refund requests made within the refund period will be honored, and a full or partial refund is issued, if you have only created tests in the first of the 3 test categories, “Free Questions”. Please note that the name of this category may vary from time to time based on user feedback, but this is the pool of questions that are available even for those signing up for a free trial.
If you have created tests from the second and third categories of questions, it constitutes of actual usage of the paid features of the simulator.
ii. Refunds may be subject to a processing fee or any non-refundable charges such as taxes.
Procedure for Requesting Cancellations/Refunds
To request a cancellation or refund, please follow the procedure outlined below:
a. Send a written request to our customer support team, clearly stating the reason for cancellation or refund.
b. Provide all relevant details, including your name, contact information, order/purchase details, and any supporting documentation or evidence, if applicable.
c. Our customer support team will review your request and respond to you in a timely manner.
Exceptions and Limitations
a. Third-Party Services: In cases where our services involve third-party products or services, such as payment processors or training partners, their cancellation and refund policies may apply. We are not responsible for refunds or cancellations related to these third-party services.
b. Non-Transferable: Our services, including subscriptions and purchases, are non-transferable. Refunds or cancellations cannot be transferred to another individual or account.
